Happy Couples Counseling is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. Our clinic environment, although virtual, emphasizes collaboration through regular video conferences and online meetings where our team members support one another in providing the highest level of care to our clients.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, utilizing clinical interviews and diagnostic tools to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Develop, implement, and continually assess personalized treatment plans that establish clear and measurable goals tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure integrated and coordinated care for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, performing risk assessments and safety planning to address urgent client needs.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of all therapy sessions, assessments, and treatment plans, adhering to ethical standards and regulations.

The patients you will serve come from a wide array of backgrounds and face a variety of challenges, including but not limited to relational conflicts, mental health disorders, and life changes. Your role will focus not only on individual therapy but also on strengthening family units and enhancing couple dynamics, providing a holistic approach to mental health care that acknowledges the interconnectedness of personal relationships.

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Current and valid license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in delivering therapy to diverse populations.

• Experience utilizing evidence-based treatments for families and couples dealing with relational challenges.
• Background in crisis intervention and familiarity with community resources in Chandler, AZ.
• Experience in a telehealth setting, comfortable using digital platforms to conduct therapy sessions.
