As a Commercial Real Estate Agent, You Will Be:
• Prospecting daily
• Networking/relationship building
• Following up with potential business
• Managing the sales transaction from beginning to end
• Identifying opportunities within the market place
• Evaluate financial and operational tradeoffs
• Marketing
• Structure and negotiate transactions
• Build trust
Requirements to Apply:
• Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain Real Estate license)
• Undergo a background check during licensing process
• Ability to drive to work independently
• Commitment to investing in your professional growth
• A strong work ethic and desire to be successful
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to network to build your business
• No experience necessary (new agents will receive training, coaching and mentoring to
get started)
• Post-secondary education / college degree strongly preferred
