Position Overview:

  • Maintain luxury condominium property organization and appearance
  • Handle minor maintenance, landscaping, plumbing, electrical work
  • Ensure property is in good standing for a safe and comfortable environment

Requirements:

  • Hard-working, motivated, and energetic
  • Minimum 2 years of handyman experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong knowledge of boilers, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting

Duties:
