Jurisdictionally appropriate Contractor's License or Trade License;
General Liability Insurance;
Worker's Comp Insurance;
TASKS:
Remodeling work to include finish carpentry, drywall repair, touch up paint; electrical and plumbing repair and fixture replacement and other task with finalizing a remodel project;
Jobsite cleanup with emphasis on customer satisfaction;
Compensation: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
