Job description

We are looking for handy people for finish and detail work on newly constructed homes and multifamily buildings getting them ready to turn over to new homeowners. We are looking to hire multiple qualified individuals.
The Prep & Detail Tech should be able to perform punch list repairs as needed.
Must have knowledge of the following:
• Electrical Experience
• Carpentry: some finish carpentry (trim, molding, doors & framing)
• Painting: matching paint for touch up to custom painting and model maintenance
• Minor Electrical, fixtures, wall plugs
• Drywall repairs: patch/ tape/ texture
• Caulking
• Minor repairs
• Detailing and cleaning
• Attention to detail
Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
