We're looking for a motivated, hands-on General Manager to lead our growing team, improve operations, develop employees, and help scale the business. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems, and making a measurable impact every day.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily business operations

  • Lead, coach, and develop office staff and field technicians

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain high-performing employees

  • Manage scheduling, production, and workflow to maximize efficiency

  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain five-star customer satisfaction

  • Monitor key performance indicators including revenue, profitability, labor efficiency, and technician utilization

  • Review estimates, job costing, and production performance

  • Improve company systems, processes, and standard operating procedures

  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews

  • Maintain a positive, accountable company culture

  • Work closely with ownership to execute growth initiatives and expand the business

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of management or operations leadership experience
