Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Handyman/Facilities Field Service Technician to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in plumbing, electrical systems, general construction, and handyman work. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and the ability to service a variety of systems in retail stores, banks, and healthcare facilities to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, plumbing systems, electrical systems, general construction elements, and perform handyman tasks. 

  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, and structural components, ensuring efficient and lasting repairs.

  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and to prevent unexpected failures.

  • Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients, explain repair procedures, and provide solutions to minimize downtime.
