Job description

Ramdi Property Solutions is a growing property maintenance company providing high-quality repair, maintenance, and renovation services for residential and commercial properties. We are currently seeking experienced and dependable Handyman Technicians to join our contractor network.
Job Responsibilities
  • Perform general property maintenance and repair services.
  • Complete work orders related to:
  • Drywall repair and patching
  • Interior and exterior painting
  • Minor plumbing repairs
  • Minor electrical repairs and fixture replacement
  • Carpentry and trim work
  • Door, lock, and hardware installation/repair
  • Appliance and fixture installation
  • General property punch-list items
  • Diagnose maintenance issues and recommend solutions.
  • Take before-and-after photos of completed work.
  • Communicate effectively regarding job status and completion.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of handyman, maintenance, or construction experience.
  • Must have all necessary tools and equipment required to perform assigned work independently.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must own a smartphone with internet access.
  • Ability to work independently and professionally.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
