Handyman - Maintenance Technician

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Rate: $28–$30 per hour (Based on Experience)

Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity

Hours: 40–50 hours per week | Monday–Friday | Some Occasional Saturdays as Needed | Available for Emergency Calls

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Field Service / Handyman Maintenance Technician to join our team in Green Bay, WI.

This is a full-time, long-term position offering steady hours, competitive pay, and work in both commercial and residential environments.

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

Plumbing

  • Diagnose and repair leaks under sinks and restrooms
  • Replace toilet flush valves
  • Install new supply lines in small office and retail environments

Electrical

  • Replace damaged outlets and switches
  • Upgrade lighting to LED fixtures
  • Ensure all repairs meet NEC safety standards

Doors & Hardware

  • Repair commercial metal doors, panic bars, and hydraulic door closers
  • Maintain accessibility and fire-safety compliance

Lighting

General Maintenance
