Job description

Spectrum Solutions Acquisitions is looking for a skilled and reliable Residential Handyman to join our team. The Residential Handyman will be responsible for performing a variety of repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks on residential properties to ensure they remain safe, functional, and visually appealing. This role involves working on a range of assignments from minor repairs to preventative maintenance, supporting property preservation efforts. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in multiple trades, capable of working independently, and committed to providing high-quality workmanship on every project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general repair and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and minor remodeling.
  • Inspect properties for damage or maintenance needs and report findings.
  • Respond promptly to repair requests and complete work efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed, including photos.
  • Collaborate with property management and office staff to prioritize and schedule work.
