Lead Home Service Technician DeSoto County, Mississippi | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm

TruBlue of Northwest Mississippi is part of a nationally recognized home services franchise with over 120 locations across the U.S. TruBlue Home Service Ally helps seniors age in place and support busy families by providing trusted, relationship-based home maintenance and repair. We're locally owned with the backing of a national brand — and we're growing our DeSoto and Tate County teams.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and coordinate a team of technicians to complete projects efficiently and professionally
  • Perform high-quality handyman repairs and home maintenance across a variety of trades
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners, property managers, suppliers, and office personnel
  • Assess problem situations quickly and deliver prompt, professional solutions
  • Assist with job estimates and learn our customer sales process
  • Uphold TruBlue's standard of professionalism and customer care on every job

Common projects include drywall repair and texture, carpentry, interior and exterior painting, tile work, flooring installation and repair, and basic plumbing and electrical within scope.

  • Experienced in home repair or construction experience
  • Solid working knowledge across multiple trades — tile, flooring, electrical, carpentry, and more
  • Project management experience — you know how to get a team moving in the same direction
