You'll lead our facility team, keep the building running, and catch the small stuff before it ever becomes a member complaint. If you love fitness, have a knack for fixing things, and a mild case of OCD — this is a great fit, and a real growth path as we scale. What You'll Own Four things, done right 01 Lead the facility team Direct and coordinate cleaning and maintenance staff — set the schedule, assign tasks, hold the standard. Be the first point of contact for facility issues so they get solved fast. 02 Run daily and weekly walkthroughs for cleanliness, organization, equipment function, and safety — log and triage what you find. Maintain amenities — locker rooms, showers, common areas — to a high standard. 03 Handle small fixes yourself and schedule routine equipment checks. Line up and manage outside contractors for bigger jobs; Escalate major items to the GM. Safety & compliance Conduct periodic safety inspections and correct hazards promptly.
