Your Mission
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be the bridge between our powerful brand and the families we serve. You'll guide homeowners through their remodeling journey with empathy, confidence, and integrity.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
  • Consultative Sales: Meet with homeowners, assess their goals, and present tailored solutions for decks, repairs, and more.
  • Sales Process Management: Take clients from the first handshake to a signed agreement. Create quotes, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth project handoff.
  • Crushing Sales Targets: Own your goals and hit them with passion. We don't just measure your numbers-we celebrate them.
  • Market Mastery: Stay sharp on industry trends, pricing strategies, and competitor moves to stay 3 steps ahead.
  • Client Relationships: Build long-term trust. Be the rep people refer to, remember, and return to.

What You Bring:
  • Proven track record in sales, or a natural drive to win and serve
  • Charisma, confidence, and exceptional people skills
  • Consultative mindset with persuasive follow-through
  • Tech comfort: CRM tools, sales platforms, etc.
  • Valid driver's license + reliable transportation
