SALES ASSOCIATE Village Handmade Shop - Kitchen Kettle Village Intercourse, Pa | Part-time | $11-$14 per hour (rate based on experience and availability) Burnley Enterprises at Kitchen Kettle Village is looking for a part-time Sales Associate to join the Village Handmade retail team. As a Sales Associate, you'll help create exceptional guest experiences while supporting daily sales and store operations. What You'll Do
  • Greet every guest warmly and engage with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Demonstrate "How to B.E." and build genuine connections in every guest interaction.
  • Actively sell products, suggest complementary items, and support store sales goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across all brands in the store.
  • Accurately handle POS transactions, cash, and returns according to store procedures.
  • Stock, merchandise, price, and display products to meet store presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, including basic daily cleaning tasks.
  • Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and organizing backstock and sales floor merchandise.
  • Follow opening and/or closing procedures as scheduled and complete assigned checklists.
  • Attend required meetings and trainings and respond positively to coaching and feedback.
