Location - Hillsboro, Oregon
Reporting to - Program Coordinator
Salary Band - $18-$22p/hour

Controlled Environments Company (CEC) is a single source supplier and solutions provider to customers operating in critically clean and controlled environments. Established in 1996, the company supports some of the world's largest multinational manufacturers across the microelectronics, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, life science, and medical device industries.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a capable Material Handlerto work closely with management and cross functional teams within the organisation to help with goods in/out activities, management of critical stock items, provision of on-site services, and product distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive goods; to include checking, counting, and put-away of stock.
  • Conduct scheduled inspections of customer stock locations to identify replenishment requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and generate replenishment orders based on established stock levels and customer demand.
  • Accurately pick materials using system-generated pick lists.
  • Deliver materials to designated customer locations across the site within agreed service levels.
  • Verify delivered quantities and ensure stock is correctly replenished at each point of use.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and promptly report discrepancies.
  • Follow all customer site safety, security, and quality procedures while transporting and handling materials.
  • Communicate stock issues, shortages, or potential supply risks to the Inventory Coordinator Lead.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace in line with company protocols.
  • Proactive approach to identify both problems and solutions.
  • Flexibility to perform other duties as required to support our customers.
  • Perform regular stock checks and cycle counting of products in warehouse with pro-active approach to maintaining stock accuracy.

  • Prior experience using stock control systems (ERP/WMS) with prior use of SAP an advantage.
