Material Handler

Location: Fort Worth Alliance, TX

Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Material Handler to manage and transport materials, ensuring efficiency and accuracy within our operations. The ideal candidate will handle incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain inventory, operate machinery, and assist in maintaining an organized and safe work environment. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely load, unload, and move materials either manually or with the use of pallet jacks or other equipment.
  • Receive, inspect, and goods transferred from warehouse for accuracy and condition, reporting discrepancies or damages.
  • Pack, label, and prepare products and materials for shipment according to company standards.
  • Keep accurate records of inventory movement, updates, and stock levels to maintain transparency and efficiency.
  • Organize and stock materials in the designated areas, ensuring proper handling and storage to prevent damage.
  • Deliver materials or products to appropriate production areas or departments as needed. Operate equipment such as pallet jacks or other tools safely and in compliance with workplace safety standards.
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow across operations.
  • Perform regular inspections of tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure proper functionality, cleanliness, and safety compliance.

Qualifications
