ACK F&B Bakery in Bethesda is seeking enthusiastic and responsible team members to join our growing family! Available shift is from 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Previous experience is helpful but not mandatory — we welcome anyone with a passion for delivering quality products and excellent customer service. Tier 1: Cake Decorator 1 - Finisher - 
Core Responsibilities
  • Ice and finish standard cakes per the company recipe
  • Apply pre-made decorations (fruit, chocolate plaques, standard piping)
  • Maintain cake case display — replenish, rotate, label
  • Box and label cakes for whole-cake sales and pre-orders
  • Clean and sanitize decorating station and tools
  • Stock raw materials (fondant, fruit, cream)

Qualifications
  • 0–1 year cake decorating or related food prep experience
  • Steady hands, eye for visual symmetry
  • Food Handler Certification (or within 30 days)
  • Ability to follow precise visual specifications
  • Basic English literacy for spec sheets and labels
  • Comfortable on feet 7+ hours

Tier 2: Cake Decorator II — Custom —
Core Responsibilities
  • Execute custom cake orders — lettering, character drawings, color matching
