Customer Care Representative

Customer Care Representative for Athletic Club.

The Role

Prime Time Athletic Club in Burlingame seeks a service-oriented individual who is honest, energetic, polite, enthusiastic, dependable, and punctual to join the team and receive a free membership to one of the Bay Area's premier athletic clubs. This is a Part-Time or Full-Time position to assist members and create a positive customer service experience for both our members and guests.

Requirements

Must be available to work weekends. High school or equivalent education level. Stable work history. Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development. Have the ability to work autonomously when required. Be a team player. Be dedicated to customer satisfaction and a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction. Assisting customers whenever necessary. Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service. Maintaining club to standards. Completing tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently.
