What Youll Do:

  • Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment for infants.
  • Implement our fun, hands-on L.E.A.P. Curriculum to support early learning and development.
  • Build strong relationships with families by sharing daily updates, photos, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and center leadership to maintain a positive and supportive workplace.
  • Model best practices in early childhood education and help guide assistant teachers in the classroom.
  • Ensure compliance with all state licensing and safety standards.
What Were Looking For:

  • At least 6 months of professional childcare or teaching experience (1 year preferred).
  • Associate degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field preferred; High school diploma/GED required.

  • Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) and infant milestones.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • A positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude!
