Position: Sports Mat Painter – 2nd Shift
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Optional OT on Fridays amp; Saturdays – earn more!

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Painting logos, lettering, and artwork directly on large-scale mats (wrestling, judo, MMA).
  • Measuring, cutting, and preparing surfaces to exact specifications.
  • Working on your hands and knees to complete detailed paintwork.
  • Teaming up with skilled artists and craftsmen to complete custom mat orders.

Who We're Looking For:
  • Skilled Tradespeople – experience in construction, woodworking, flooring, or other physical trades is a major plus.
  • Detail-focused workers who can follow measurements and instructions precisely.
  • Comfortable with kneeling, lifting, bending, and using tools like tape measures and utility knives.
  • Motivated team players who want to learn, grow, and move up.

Qualifications:
  • Able to lift and move up to 100 lbs (roll, lift, or hand cart).
  • Comfortable working on your feet or knees for extended hours.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic – show up, learn, grow.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English.
  • Willing to work overtime and some weekends when needed.
