Job description

Overview

The Administrative Services Coordinator I will provide administrative support and coordinate submission of purchase-related items for staff at the assigned Center for Autism Services, Science and Innovation (CASSI) clinic location.

Responsibilities

1. Provide administrative support services to the assigned CASSI clinic, including preparation of presentations, managing and directing telephone calls and faxes to the appropriate providers and Institute employees, copying, collating and organizing materials, filing, equipment and resource maintenance, mail distribution, stocking staff lounge materials, managing inventory, ordering supplies, and submitting facilities requests.2. Enter purchase related information into appropriate system, including staff reimbursement requests, invoices, and purchase requests.3. Assign phone numbers to staff, request drops or lines, and update location email groups.4. Update calendars and printing to display on all meeting room doors in CASSI.5. Serve as a backup playroom attendant, providing fullday coverage on Fridays and lunchtime coverage Monday through Thursday, to support families during provider appointments. 6. Report and monitor hand hygiene and refrigerator temperatures for Joint Commission standards. 7. Manage the laundering of clinic items for location on Fridays. 8. Conduct t-shirt sales and serve as back up to place business card orders while maintaining location inventory. 9. Provide administrative support for department conferences, trainings, and other events.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's degree or equivalent education is preferred.

EXPERIENCE:Minimum of two years of administrative support experience in a clinical or pediatric setting is required.
