Job Responsibilities:

  • Weld steel materials to produce frames and parts
  • Perform basic metal fabrication duties including cutting, grinding, and shaping
  • Follow blueprints, sketches, and schematics
  • Calculate dimensions to be welded
  • Inspect structures or materials to be welded
  • Monitor the welding process to avoid overheating
  • Maintain equipment and machinery
  • Must be self-motivated and able to stay on task with good attention to detail
  • Must maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be in good physical condition and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand, sit, stoop, get in and out of vehicles and work on ladders throughout the day
  • Must be self-motivated and able to stay on task with good attention to detail
  • Dependable transportation required
  • Must maintain a clean and organized work environment

All applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Shift Schedule:

Monday to Friday / 7:00am – 3:30pm (non-exempt) for Full-Time position (Part-Time positions also available)

Requirements:
  • Must be able to pass applicable onboarding respiratory fit testing
  • 2 years MIG welding experience or trade school equivalent
  • Blueprint reading
  • Shop mathematics
  • Must be able to read, understand, and interpret two and three-dimensional diagrams and drawings
  • Must have a steady hand and good hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to use basic hand tools, drills & air tools
  • Must have reliable transportation for work commute
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Tools are provided
  • Forklift certification and overhead crane training provided
