Job Summary: 
We service multiple areas including but not limited to Kirkwood, CA; Capay, CA; Chico, CA; Oroville, CA; Paradise, CA; Hamilton City, CA; Orland, CA; Willows, CA; Corning, CA.
We are in search of a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Painter Helper. Little to no experience is needed! In this role, some of your job responsibilities include but are not limited to, preparing and cleaning surfaces for painting, filling holes and cracks, assisting in mixing and the application of paint, maintaining tools and equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn from our experienced team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the painting industry and develop valuable skills for a rewarding career. If you are a team player with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, we would love to hear from you! Your work will involve a range of projects, including both interior and exterior painting jobs for residential and commercial properties.
In addition, you should be capable of working independently or in a team and committed to delivering high-quality results to our clients. A positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities: 
  • Perform daily maintenance routines on painting equipment
  • Getting yourself to and from the job sites
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, or by other means necessary
  • Use caulk, putty, cement, or plaster to repair holes and cracks

Qualifications: 
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving records, and reliable transportation to commute between job sites
  • Smartphone with data plan (compensated)
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs to 75 lbs of equipment
  • Able to stand, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, climb, carry, and crouch
  • Must be comfortable with heights
