Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional hair care and styling services to our clients. The successful applicant will work in a fast-paced salon environment, providing a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties
• Style and cut hair according to clients' preferences and latest trends
• Conduct consultations to understand clients' needs and preferences
• Use various techniques such as hair threading to create desired hairstyles
• Apply makeup for special occasions or as part of a regular beauty routine
• Utilize salon software to manage appointments, inventory, and client information
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, adhering to salon standards
• Upsell services and products to clients, increasing salon revenue
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing excellent customer service
• Collaborate with other stylists to create a cohesive and welcoming salon environment
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work

Company Description: We specialize in children's haircuts, parties and spa services. Our salon caters to the children by providing a play area, television, and iPads for the children to use during the haircuts. We also provide hair cutting/styling services to parents. Our goal is for each child to enjoy the salon experience and leave them wanting to come back again and again. We have cutting stations allowing us to provide services to people of all ages. We also provide manicure and pedicure services for children and have a party room for private celebrations.
