Job description

We are currently seeking 2–3 talented and motivated Hair Stylists to join a growing salon located in Vienna, VA. This opportunity is ideal for stylists looking for flexibility and independence in a professional and supportive salon environment.


This position operates under a chair rental/independent contractor model, meaning stylists will manage their own clients and schedules while utilizing the salon’s space and amenities.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide high-quality hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and shared salon spaces
  • Stay up to date with current hair trends and techniques



Requirements:


  • Valid cosmetology license in the state of Virginia
  • Prior experience as a hairstylist preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
  • Existing clientele is a plus but not required
