From catalog design to postcards, flyers and beyond, as a Uline Senior Graphic Designer, you'll lead a variety of creative projects, ensuring each reflects the highest standards of creativity and brand integrity. Collaborate across departments and serve as a mentor to team members on an award-winning, in-house Creative team that shares the same passion for design you do.

Position Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design layouts within the Uline brand for catalogs, direct mail, digital marketing and internal communications.

  • Partner with photography team on-set to execute creative direction and visual storytelling.

  • Lead design updates and revisions in collaboration with Art Directors and stakeholders.

  • Oversee creative projects as needed to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met.

  • Mentor and support print designers and interns to help deliver high-quality creative work.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.

  • 7+ years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced creative environment.

  • Portfolio demonstrating print and digital design principals in a B2B-related setting.

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and MacOS.
