Job description

Role: Big Data Engineer
Location: Dearborn MI
Duration: 6 Months
Job Description:
• Good Experience in any of the Hadoop distributed platform like HDP/Cloudera
• Hands on experience on in java and Scala programming language.
• Must have work Experience on core Java
• Ability to write, optimize and tune Hive queries
• Good grasp on Hive data modeling/ ACID feature/ Partitions and Clustering
• Experience in Spark to build efficient solutions
• Exposure to debug Map Reduce/Spark jobs in Yarn
• Exposure to cloud technologies AWS or Azure
Qualifications:
• Expected to meet the technical qualifications of the Software Engineer. In addition to those they should have the following Experience providing technical coaching to technical team members (Code Review and hands on coding experience required)
• Experience leading the design, build and support of enterprise-level Internal or external customer-facing applications
• Experience leading the design, build and support of enterprise-level 'Big Data'
• Demonstrated the ability to learn and teach new technologies
