Responsibilities - Experienced Auto Body Refinish Technician:

    • Perform high-quality painting of vehicles following manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
    • Ensure all paint jobs are applied evenly and meet our quality standards.
    • Mix and match paint colors to ensure perfect matches to original vehicle color.
    • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking vehicles.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
    • Work efficiently and effectively, meeting deadlines and productivity goals.
    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and timely completion of repairs.
    • Assist in the maintenance and proper care of painting equipment and tools.
    • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques to improve efficiency and quality.




    Requirements - Experienced Auto Body Refinish Technician:

    • Required: Auto Body Refinish Technician, with
      at least 3 years of experience
    • Solid knowledge of automotive refinish techniques and tools, including expertise in using body shop equipment in the paint department
    • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision.
    • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
    • Punctual, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with co-workers.
    • Must have own tools required for the job.
