CNC Machinist (Haas Mills & Multi-Axis Lathes) – All Shifts Available | Competitive Pay + Shift DifferentialsJob OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machinist to join our growing team. In this role, you will operate and set up Haas mills and multi-axis lathes to support both short-run and long-term production. This is an excellent opportunity for machinists looking to expand their skill set in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment with strong growth potential.
Key Responsibilities- Operate CNC multi-axis lathes and Haas milling machines
- Perform machine setups, including proper tooling selection and adjustments
- Conduct tool changes and ensure machine readiness
- Inspect finished parts using:
- Dial micrometers
- Digital calipers
- Height gauges
- Perform minor CNC program edits as needed
- Complete production documentation using iPads and digital systems
- Manage both short production runs (8–10 parts) and long runs (multi-day)
- Perform 2–3 machine setups per week
- Maintain quality standards and production efficiency
Required Qualifications- Minimum 1+ year of recent CNC machining experience (mills or lathes)
- Hands-on experience with machine setup and tooling
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and quality
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with multi-axis lathes
- Experience with Haas CNC mills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints/technical drawings
- Experience running both mills and lathes
- Previous experience in a high-mix, low-volume environment
Compensation & Benefits- Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
- 25% shift differential for 2nd shift and weekend shift
- Paid for 40 hours while working only 36 hours (weekend shift)

Work Schedule Options1st Shift (Training Shift):
- Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift:
- Monday – Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
- Includes 25% shift differential
Weekend Shift:
- Friday – Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Work 36 hours, get paid for 40
- Includes 25% shift differential

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
