CNC Machinist (Haas Mills & Multi-Axis Lathes) – All Shifts Available | Competitive Pay + Shift DifferentialsJob Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machinist to join our growing team. In this role, you will operate and set up Haas mills and multi-axis lathes to support both short-run and long-term production. This is an excellent opportunity for machinists looking to expand their skill set in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment with strong growth potential.


Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC multi-axis lathes and Haas milling machines
  • Perform machine setups, including proper tooling selection and adjustments
  • Conduct tool changes and ensure machine readiness
  • Inspect finished parts using:
    • Dial micrometers
    • Digital calipers
    • Height gauges
  • Perform minor CNC program edits as needed
  • Complete production documentation using iPads and digital systems
  • Manage both short production runs (8–10 parts) and long runs (multi-day)
  • Perform 2–3 machine setups per week
  • Maintain quality standards and production efficiency

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1+ year of recent CNC machining experience (mills or lathes)
  • Hands-on experience with machine setup and tooling
  • Ability to use precision measuring instruments
  • Strong attention to detail and quality

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with multi-axis lathes
  • Experience with Haas CNC mills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints/technical drawings
  • Experience running both mills and lathes
  • Previous experience in a high-mix, low-volume environment

Compensation & Benefits

Work Schedule Options

  • Friday – Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Work 36 hours, get paid for 40
