Job description

  • 2nd shift - 8% shift Differential. 
  • Signon Bonus: $3000 - Paid: 1st Half: 30days, 2nd Haft after 60 days.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and operating CNC bridge mills
  • Reading and interpreting complex blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions
  • Selecting tooling, setting offsets, and performing program edits at the machine
  • Machining large parts such as bases, frames, plates, housings, or aerospace/defense components
  • Verifying dimensions using precision measurement tools (micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, indicators)
  • Performing routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Working with overhead cranes or forklifts to move large workpieces safely

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • CNC machining experience, ideally on bridge mills or largeformat machining centers
  • Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
  • Experience with Fanuc, Haas, or Siemens controls
  • Ability to lift, rig, and position large parts safely
  • Comfortable with tight tolerances on large components

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 – 5 years manufacturing/assembly experience.
