Job description

Machine Lead Operator

Pay: $26.00

Shift: Shift: 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Sunday-Thursday)

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Machine Lead Operator for our manufacturing client in the Grand Rapids, MI area to start immediately at $26.00 per hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

  • Operate grit blast, thermal spray, and automated inspection machines
  • Support and improve processes alongside the Shift Supervisor
  • Perform machine setups and changeovers, troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Conduct simple inspections and ensure quality standards
  • Mentor and train team members on equipment and procedures
  • Perform equipment preventative maintenance and repairs
  • Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading trucks
  • Support other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • GED or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Computer literate with manufacturing process knowledge
  • Material handling and inspection experience
  • CNC experience preferred
  • Ability to read prints and apply common sense to instructions
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Ability to obtain Hilo Certification
