Job Title: Experienced Wire EDM Machinist
Location: Bend Farm Industrial Park (near Vandergrift and Leechburg, PA)

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Wire EDM Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Wire EDM operations, programming, and CNC machining. If you’re passionate about precision manufacturing and thrive in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain Wire EDM machinery with a focus on precision and efficiency.

  • Program Wire EDM machines using Esprit or Mastercam software.

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality production and timely project completion.

  • Operate CNC Mills as needed, ensuring optimal performance and output.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of Wire EDM experience (Mitsubishi experience is a plus).

  • At least 1 year of on-the-job Wire EDM programming experience with Esprit or Mastercam.

  • 1 year of experience operating CNC Mills (Haas experience preferred).

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety and quality.

  • Ability to work day shifts and consistently arrive on time.
