Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • Build and customize HTML-based communications within AJO.
  • Create and maintain journey maps and workflows.
  • Conduct QA testing and validate journey functionality before deployment.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to journey execution and campaign delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing, business, and technical teams to ensure successful implementations.
  • Support ongoing enhancements and optimization of customer journeys.
Experience Required
  • 8-12 years of overall IT/MarTech experience.
