Yellowstone Club’s Food & Beverage (F&B) department is currently seeking candidates for Host/Hostess for the Winter 2026-2027 season!

Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensure that each member and guest receive outstanding service in a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every member and guest, maintaining outstanding service standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.

  • Empowered to guarantee total member satisfaction, always display hospitality and professionalism to our members and team members, take pride in representing Yellowstone Club professionally with our members and guests and assure that all transactions are handled in a legal and ethical manner.

  • Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for team members, members, and guests at all times. In the event of an accident or emergency, seek medical attention if necessary and contact the Manager on Duty or Human Resources immediately.
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all Yellowstone Club team members to foster and promote a positive working environment.
  • Meet and greet all members/guests at front of restaurant
  • Escort members/guests to table, seat according to restaurant standards, and provide menus
  • Schedule dining reservations
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Attend to needs of members/guests, resolve concerns, and report incidents
  • Ensure tables are cleared quietly and efficiently
  • Assist other restaurant workers by carrying food/beverage trays, taking drink orders, bussing tables, as needed
  • Communicate dining or order details to servers/kitchen, as needed
  • Prepare restaurant daily for opening, inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup
  • Ensure operation equipment is clean and in working order
  • Maintain/clean host station and menus

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 months of Host experience in a luxury resort or private club setting
  • Able to communicate effectively and speak/write English clearly/legibly
  • Regularly required to talk and/or hear
  • Frequently lift up to 30 pounds
  • Use hands/fingers to handle/lift items
  • Constantly stand/walk/climb or balance, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch or reach with hands/arms
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must pass pre-employment background check, paid by employer, carried out equally among US workers & H-2B workers
