Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Data Scientist with strong expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning, NLP, LLMs, and Data Science. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions using modern GenAI technologies and work closely with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy Generative AI and Machine Learning models for business applications.
  • Build LLM-based applications, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
  • Develop prompt engineering strategies and evaluate LLM responses.
  • Work with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
  • Build AI pipelines using Python, SQL, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
  • Implement vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval.
  • Use frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
  • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, validation, and optimization.
  • Deploy models using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
  • Implement MLOps practices using MLflow and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers, ML Engineers, Software Engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • Monitor model performance, accuracy, scalability, and responsible AI practices.
Required Skills
  • 12+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning
  • Strong Python and SQL
  • Hands-on Generative AI / LLM experience
  • Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering
