Job Summary:

JOB PURPOSE: Overall, the key responsibilities of a EnvisionWare Sales Consultant revolve around driving revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling the software solution to potential clients while providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle and beyond.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Executes the Sales Plan to achieve territory sales goals.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with new and existing customers while delivering exceptional customer service. Preserve the value and reputation of the EnvisionWare name.
  • Keeps our CRM system current with all sales-related activities. Responsible for accurate forecasting of orders and revenue.
  • Actively seeks and displays a thorough knowledge of assigned EnvisionWare products, key customers in your territory, competitor products and product objectives. Able to articulate that value proposition for EnvisionWare products and systems.
  • Represents company at approved regional and national trade association conferences.
  • Delivers remote and on-site sales presentations.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duties listed above at a satisfactory level.   • EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) from four-year college or university; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Skilled in the entire sales process from cold calling to closing. Having existing experience, relationships and sales experience within the Library Industry would be plus.

  • COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports & business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. Excellent communication, influence management and organizational skills.

  • COMPUTER SKILLS

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of CRM systems, Order Processing systems; Project Management software; Spreadsheet software; PowerPoint software and Word Processing systems.
