JOB DESCRIPTION

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) helps the General Manager with the daily operation of Los Campeones Gym. The AGM leads by example, supports the staff, takes care of members, and helps keep the gym clean, organized, and running smoothly.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager with daily gym operations.

  • Help lead and manage the staff.

  • Make sure employees are completing their responsibilities.

  • Provide great customer service to members and guests.

  • Handle member questions and concerns.

  • Keep the gym clean, organized, and presentable.

  • Make sure equipment and facility issues are reported and handled.

  • Help train and onboard new employees.

  • Assist with memberships, retail, inventory, and front desk operations.

  • Help with scheduling and staff coverage when needed.

  • Communicate problems and updates to the General Manager.

  • Step in and help wherever needed.
