Job Overview:

We are looking for a Gym Manager who can lead and inspire a team. You will be part of a talented team of Gym Managers and fitness professionals focused on creating an exceptional member experience and first-class standards. You will play a key part in creating a great place to work – and workout – for both your team and members. The Gym Manager will also ensure all policies and procedures are consistently followed.


Responsibilities:

This is a full-time position, involved with everything from member experience to team development, you will lead on the following:

  • Drive the performance of your gym by investing time in the detail, setting action plans for improvement and always ensuring a safe and legal environment.
  • Drive member count and ancillary business revenue to ensure the club is meeting and exceeding their targets.
  • Drive Personal Trainer revenue, along with proactively finding new talent to recruit into your site.
  • Deliver an excellent member experience in your club through a constant focus on service and standards.
  • Walk the floor of the club regularly to evaluate the cleanliness of the facility.
  • Manage the team to drive a culture of high performance.
  • Drive sales through successful tour execution and lead generation activity.

Reporting into a Cluster Manager, you will be part of a talented team of Gym Managers and fitness professionals focused on creating an exceptional member experience and first-class standards. You will manage a team within your own club but will be expected to build close working relationships with other Gym Managers within your cluster, working together to strengthen performance across the area.

  • Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to successfully obtain CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
