Gym Coaches and Personal Trainers often share similar roles, focusing on fitness guidance. However, Gym Coaches typically work within gyms or sports centers, providing group or individual coaching, often with a focus on sports-specific training. Personal Trainers usually offer personalized fitness plans, working one-on-one with clients. Both roles require certifications like CPR and fitness qualifications.
