Required Qualifications * Reliable transportation to and from work. * Own a personal set of hand tools. * Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with semi-trailer equipment and maintenance. * Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools safely and efficiently. * Willingness to work overtime when needed. Preferred Qualifications * Valid driver's license (a plus, but not required). * 3+ years of experience in semi-trailer repairs. * Industry certifications such as ASE or welding certification. * Bilingual (Spanish) is a valuable asset. Physical Demands & Work Environment * Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.). * Work may be performed in a shop, yard, or mobile service environment. * Exposure to mechanical parts, chemicals, fumes, and varying temperatures. * Moderate to loud noise levels.
