About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Field Services Technician to join our team. This role involves traveling to residential and commercial properties to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure properties are safe, functional, and well-maintained. If you are a hardworking, detail-oriented individual who thrives in an independent work environment, we encourage you to apply!
Responsibilities
  • Perform debris removal, grass cutting, and hazard removal at various properties.
  • Remove damaged or unsafe items and replace locks as needed.
  • Execute occasional roof and gutter cleaning, as well as tarping to protect properties.
  • Carry out general property maintenance tasks to ensure safety and occupancy readiness.
  • Document work performed and report any issues or concerns to supervisors.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in property maintenance, landscaping, construction, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
