The Tailored Closet in Houston, TX is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Closet Installer to join our growing team! In this hands-on role, you'll transform clients' spaces by bringing custom closet and storage solutions to life — one perfectly installed system at a time. If you take pride in craftsmanship and love seeing the finished product, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:
  • Install custom closet systems, garage storage, home office solutions, and other organizational products at client homes
  • Read and interpret installation plans, blueprints, and work orders accurately
  • Measure, cut, and assemble components to precise specifications
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently on job sites
  • Ensure all installations meet quality standards and client expectations
  • Communicate professionally with clients during on-site visits
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in carpentry, cabinetry, installation, or a related trade preferred
  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools (drills, levels, saws, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
