We are growing and need to hire new leads and helpers for our team! YOU MUST HAVE SOLID EXPERIENCE WITH INSTALLING SEAMLESS GUTTERS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITIONAPPLICANTS WITH NO CLEAR EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
Compensation: Performance-based (% of job revenue) - $50K-$100K+ annually based on skill level
Location: Downers Grove, IL (serving DuPage County & Western Chicago Suburbs)

Experience Required: 1-2+ years seamless gutter installation (gutter machine experience highly desired), soffit and fascia wrap as a plus

We are seeking a Seamless Gutter Installer with basic experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality seamless gutters efficiently and accurately while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction. Requirements
  • At least some experience in seamless gutter installation.
  • Proficient with hand tools, power tools, ladders and working at heights/on roofs.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols on job sites.
  • Familiarity with related trades such as roofing, carpentry, siding is a plus.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and customer service.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay per production equals ~$25-$35+ per hour or equivalent.
  • PTO of up to 80h per year
  • 50% reimbursement of health, vision and dental insurance
