Intermediate Gutter Installer Support

General Requirements
  • Minimum 3–4 years of gutter installation experience.
  • Strong attendance, punctuality, and consistent adherence to safety practices.
  • Competent in gutter installation processes with limited supervision.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in gutter machine operation, including loading coils and producing straight runs.
  • Skilled in making clean Outside and Inside Strip Miter cuts.
  • Accurately measure, cut, and assemble gutter sections, outlets, and downspouts.
  • Assist installers with hanger placement, sealing, and joining techniques.
  • Identify and report installation issues or safety hazards.
Leadership & Development
  • Train and mentor Installer Assistant I team members in gutter machine setup and cutting techniques.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them with minimal oversight.
  • Show readiness for promotion to Installer I (full installer) by consistently demonstrating advanced technical skill and leadership potential.
Administrative
  • Perform accurate material counts and support jobsite checklists.
