Gutter Installation Manager — Starting $62,000/Year + PTO + 401(k) Match

We’re hiring a Gutter Installation Manager to lead field operations, train installers, and uphold the quality and safety standards that set us apart. What You’ll Do

  • Lead Installations: Manage, conduct and oversee the installation of our premium gutter systems with accuracy and professionalism.

  • Train & Develop: Coach installers, set expectations, and build a high‐performing team.

  • Own the Job Site: Maintain safety, organization, and efficiency from start to finish.

  • Use Company Equipment: Operate with company‐provided tools, materials, and resources.

  • Support Operations: Assist with site prep, maintenance, and workflow tasks to keep projects moving smoothly.

What You Bring

  • Construction Experience: Background in roofing, siding, carpentry, or general construction. Gutter installation experience is required.
