Join our team and build your future with us! We are seeking motivated individuals to work as Nail Gun Operators, building pallets and handling lumber products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. No experience is required-we provide training. Candidates with pallet manufacturing, lumber, construction, or manufacturing experience may qualify for higher starting pay based on experience.
Job SummaryThe Nail Gun Operator is responsible for safely building pallets and other wood products using pneumatic (air-powered) nail guns while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards. This position also assists with handling, stacking, labeling, and preparing lumber products for shipment.
