Job description

Description:
  •  Performs assembly duties using assembly devices such as drills, rivets, staplers, air drivers, and nut runners.
  • Operates ultrasonic and solvent bonding equipment.
  • Works with pneumatic, hydraulic, or electric tools, or combinations thereof.
  • Packages finished or in-process materials.
  • Conducts in-process inspection and checking.
  • Moves material within the department as required.
Requirements:
  • Ability to safely operate drills, rivet guns, staplers, air drivers, and nut runners.
  • Ability to identify defects or deviations during in-process inspection.
  • Ability to read and follow assembly specifications/work instructions for checking work.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and move materials within the department.
  • Attention to detail and manual dexterity for precision assembly tasks. 



This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. As a condition of employment, employees are required to join the union after 30 days of employment.
