Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

Join a high-volume distribution facility as a general warehouse worker, supporting both bulk shipments to retail locations and an active e-commerce operation that ships auto parts worldwide. In this role, you move across multiple warehouse sections, handle varied tasks throughout the day, and support order fulfillment by accurately picking, documenting, and preparing items for shipment.

Responsibilities

  • Move throughout all areas of a large warehouse to support daily operational needs across multiple departments.
  • Perform general warehouse duties, including picking, staging, and handling inventory for bulk distribution and e-commerce orders.
  • Use RF scan guns to follow pick lists, accurately locate and pull specific auto parts, and deliver them to designated stations for packaging and shipping.
  • Work with computers to document orders, update inventory information, and ensure accurate processing of shipments.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and be flexible as you are cross-trained and assigned to different tasks and departments based on operational needs.
  • Support the e-commerce section by efficiently picking, organizing, and preparing items to meet customer order and shipping deadlines.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by following established procedures for picking, scanning, and documentation.
  • Walk extensively throughout the facility to complete assigned tasks and ensure timely movement of goods.
  • Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and proper equipment handling procedures while performing daily activities.

Essential Skills

  • Previous warehouse experience in a distribution or fulfillment environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer use to document orders and update inventory information.
