Job description

Resolve is seeking a talented and engaging Music Director to lead meaningful music experiences for individuals receiving behavioral health treatment. If you have a passion for music and enjoy using your talents to encourage, inspire, and connect with others, we'd love to have you on our team.

Must Be Able To:

  • Play guitar
  • Play piano/keyboard
  • Sing confidently while leading groups

What You'll Do:

  • Lead interactive music groups that promote healing, emotional wellness, and patient engagement.
  • Perform live music while encouraging participation from patients.
  • Develop creative music programming that supports therapeutic goals.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to enhance the patient experience.
  • Create a positive, welcoming atmosphere through music and performance.
  • Plan special music events and activities as appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency playing both guitar and piano/keyboard.
  • Confident vocalist with the ability to lead groups.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience performing for groups, leading worship, teaching music, or facilitating music activities is preferred.
  • Behavioral health, mental health, recreation, education, or music therapy experience is a plus.
