Whether you're experienced or just getting started, we provide the training, tools, and support to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
  • Deliver high-quality garage door installation, maintenance, and repair services for residential, commercial, and industrial customers in the greater Cincinnati area.
  • Perform thorough inspections and ensure all work meets safety codes and exceeds customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of jobs-notes, photos, diagrams-for smooth operations and follow-up.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
  • Recommend products and upgrades where appropriate to best meet customer needs.
  • Uphold our reputation for safety, integrity, and exceptional service.

What You Bring
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Mechanical aptitude; garage door experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and operate basic hand tools.
  • A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable using tablets and basic tech tools (ServiceTitan experience is a bonus).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
